Mr. Hingst worked for three years as an international relations and business development consultant in Houston before joining GCSI. He also served as a senior aide to former Michigan Senate Majority Floor Leader Joanne Emmons and worked on the White House advance team, accompanying President Bush to the Middle East, United Kingdom, and myriad domestic locations. A graduate of Michigan State University, Mr. Hingst is an expert on tax policy.
