Mr. Young worked for seven years as the lead tax lobbyist for the Michigan Chamber of Commerce before joining GCSI. Participants to surveys by two independent political newsletters – Inside Michigan Politics and MIRS – have voted Mr. Young among the top five lobbyists in Michigan.

The former administrative assistant to a Republican state Senator from Saginaw is a graduate of Michigan State University and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Institute of Organizational Management in Delaware.
