A self-described word nerd, Kristen McCue has more than 20 years’ experience in communications, writing and public relations. Kristen began her career in associations, having served as editor of a trade publication and as communications director for a nonprofit. She also spent more than 10 years at Michigan State University, where she worked with multiple stakeholders to tell stories that enhanced the university’s brand. A true Spartan, Kristen holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Michigan State University. Outside of work, Kristen enjoys traveling, spending summers on the family boat and spending time with her husband, children and dogs.
