Dwayne joined GCSI in 2023 after decades of service in the U.S. Marine Corps and Michigan State Police. He was appointed by Governors Jennifer Granholm and Rick Snyder as the Legislative Liaison for MSP and served as a law enforcement policy advisor to Governor Snyder. Dwayne holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Phoenix and is a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. Dwayne’s proudest achievements so far are his two daughters, one son, and two grandsons!
