With over 20 years of lobbying experience, Bill specializes in tax policy, liquor control, labor law, public health, and business. Before joining GCSI, he lobbied for the Michigan Restaurant Association and the Michigan Osteopathic Association. He holds a bachelor's degree in political science from Central Michigan University and a master's in public administration from Western Michigan University.
